Celebaby: Kimberley Walsh Jokes That Cheryl Cole Wants To Be Her Birth Partner
Is it just me, or is Kimberley Walsh morphing into Mariah Carey in this pic?
Anyway - the mum-to-be has been waxing lyrical about baby names of late, as Mother & Baby magazine reports:
"‘I’ve got a shortlist of boys and girls, but I’m not sold on anything yet,’ the star revealed. ‘I feel like I need to see them and hopefully it will all make sense to me.’"
Kimberley also spilled the beans on the fact that her bandmate and best buddy Cheryl Cole wants to be her birth partner:
"‘Cheryl wants to be a part of everything. She even gets excited about my morning sickness in a way ‘cos it’s all part of the baby package. I’m sure she’ll have on a nurse’s uniform – and be bossing people about if she could at the birth. It’s very sweet.’"
Er, is it? I'm not sure I'd want my best friend present for the delivery of my baby. Although having said that, I did inadvertently end up being present for the arrival of the first baby of one of my very best friends. I popped in to the hospital to help her pass the time by watching the final ever episode of Sex And The City - as we had planned to do that night before she went into labour - but ended up never managing to find the right moment to leave!
So what do you reckon? Would you have your best mates present in the delivery room, or do you draw the line at only allowing your other half access to that very private moment?
