TUI Return Policies

TUI charges cancellation fees for package holidays with TUI flights that vary from a full deposit loss if cancelled 70+ days before travel, 30% of the total booking price for 69–63 days, 50% for 62–49 days, 70% for 48–29 days, 90% for 28–15 days, and 100% for 14–0 days before travel. Deposits are non-refundable even if the calculated fee would be lower, low deposit offers require full deposit payment upon cancellation, and travellers are advised to book with travel insurance, cancel early, and verify if TUI Flex (which allows changes up to 28 days before travel) applies, with flight-only or hotel-only bookings subject to different terms; cancellation can be made by contacting TUI directly or via the Customer Account/Manage My Booking online, and a cancellation invoice will be issued within 14 days unless TUI cancels the holiday.

Student Discounts At TUI

TUI offers £50 off per booking with Student Beans verification with a minimum spend of £500 on package holidays departing between November 18, 2024 and October 31, 2025. The discount applies only to online website bookings, cannot be combined with other discount codes, and must include at least one adult passenger aged 18 or over.

TUI Disability Discounts

TUI offers travel assistance that includes free airport assistance when booked 48+ hours in advance, free carriage of up to two wheelchairs or mobility devices on TUI Airways flights, free carriage of documented medical equipment and medication, free seating allocation for passengers needing special assistance and their companions, and a free Sunflower Lanyard for passengers with non-visible disabilities.
