There are various Clarks delivery services, including free delivery on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 have a flat fee of £3.
Next day delivery costs £5.95 if ordered before 8 pm online or in-store. You can also collect orders for free in-store or opt to use Click & Collect for free at over 5,800 outlets across the UK.
Free delivery without a minimum spend can also be obtained with Clarks discount codes.
Clarks Click and Collect
As well as offering free delivery for orders over £50, you can opt to use Click and Collect to receive your delivery.
Again, this service is free and there are over 5,800 collection points across the UK that are open at convenient times.
Clarks Returns Info
The Clarks returns policy allows you to return your unwanted items for free via MyHermes, the Post Office or in-store.
A pre-paid label will be provided with your order. You have 30 days to return your unwanted items in an unworn condition and with the original proof of purchase. Refunds will show in your account within 5 days. All Clarks shoes, boots, baby shoes and women’s shoes can be returned, however some items from the Clarks sale section cannot.
