It's suitable for children from as young as 9 months as it adapts as your child grows, from a parent powered push trike, to a parent steered trike, until your little one is able to use it all by themselves.
The seat and handle are adjustable to suit different sizes of children (and heights of parents!), and it comes with a removable sun canopy for sunny days. There is a footrest for younger ones when you are pushing the trike, and these can be removed when they can reach the pedals to power the trike themselves.
I bought what I though was a cheap version of this in a sale recently and it turned out to be just a small trike that doesn't have the features that you need for younger ones like the fixed steering and footrest. This is what we really need for our toddler, and when they reach the stage where they really don't like being strapped into a pushchair this looks like something that looks much less likely to cause a tantrum... except when we try to get him out of it I suppose!
