The Cookies & Scream Ghost Cheesecake looks like it has a cookies and cream flavoured filling on a chocolate cookie crumb biscuit base, with a chocolatey topping, but it's those little meringue ghost on the top that really make it look special, so I'm definitely adding one of these to my shopping order this week!
