I swear by these gadgets. They put my little one to sleep everytime she was overtired without fail. They also entertained her when I had chores to do, and entertained me by their impressive range of features. This particular model is down £10 at Argos to only £29.99.

This comfy seat includes four playful friends, two fun tunes, animal sounds and activities to explore. Baby can pull the bananas to hear the lion and the monkey play music, as they do, obviously, in the wild. Seriously, next time you’re on safari just shake a bunch of bananas at a pride of lions and watch them street dance into the veld.

When you want baby to relax, just remove the toy bar and turn on the calming vibrations and let the friendly giraffe cradle baby in the cushy seat. The toys and the cover can be washed and the bar can be easily removed to suit your needs. It will, however, need batteries that are not included in the price.
