Anyone else find their dog gets the best seat in the house? I've wanted one of these giant human dog beds ever since I first saw one, so this Silentnight Snuggle Pod Human Pet Bed Supersized Snuggly Foam Mattress Base at £99.99 at eBay made me stop scrolling. Add code FRIGHTNIGHT20 at checkout and 20% comes off, taking it down to £79.99. The code ends tonight so be quick!
It's exactly what it sounds like, a supersized dog bed built for a person. It measures 173 x 96cm, so there's room to stretch right out or curl up, and it's got a foam mattress base under a plush cover in a soft natural colour. The underside is waterproof and non slip, which is worth having if it's going on a wooden floor.
The appeal for me is that it's got the snug tucked in feeling of a dog bed but the size and support of real furniture. It would work in a teenager's room, in the corner of a lounge, or as somewhere comfier than the sofa to sit with a laptop. It comes from a Silentnight authorised seller on eBay with 99.8% positive feedback, and there are 68 people watching this one with 27 already sold, so it's clearly not just me.
The one thing to know is that it comes from a business seller rather than a shop, so it's worth checking the measurements against the space you have. Returns are accepted for 30 days, though you'd pay the postage back if it wasn't right.
Delivery is free and it usually arrives within a day or two.
