Argos Big Toy Event: Save up to 50% off selected toys

If you're starting to think about buying for Christmas, Argos have just started their "Big Toy Event" with up to 50% off and there's 538 toys included!

The one that jumped out at me is the Chad Valley Wooden 2 in 1 Shop and Theatre Playset, £25, down from £50*. It's a puppet theatre on one side and a market stall on the other, so it spins round and becomes a different game altogether. There are chalkboards on it for show times or prices and it's wood rather than plastic.

The Hot Wheels Action Loop Cyclone Challenge Track Set is £17.50, down from £35*. There are two ways to play it, either launching cars round the boomerang loops over and over or setting it to jump and score, and the big loop is 18 inches tall. One car comes with it, and the whole thing collapses down for storage.

For something bigger, the Xootz Viper Racing Go Kart in black and green is £80, down from £100*. It's got a tubular steel frame, pneumatic tyres, a rear handbrake and a gear stick, and the seat adjusts as they grow, so it lasts a while rather than a season. It's for ages 5 and up and takes riders up to 30kg.

For little fans, the VTech Bluey Interactive Activity Desk is £56, down from £70*. It's got three touch and learn pages covering Bluey's playroom, the park and music, and Bluey, Bingo, Muffin and Socks all pretend talk when you press them.

It depends what you're looking for though, as I said above there's 538 toys included so hit the main link and see if anything on your list is included. If you collect Nectar Points, you're getting 5x the usual right now too with this offer.

Home delivery is £4.95 on smaller items and free once you spend over £100, and £9.95 on the bigger things like the go kart, while store collection is free.
