The play kitchen has a hob, oven, sink with taps and it also includes wooden cooking accessories, including saucepan, frying pan and utensils.
When it's time to play with the dolls house just turn the kitchen round for a dolls house with three themed storeys with a vet, a beauty salon, and a flat above.
I think this is a fantastic solution when space is tight, and a really clever design, plus it's a great price for both a play kitchen and dolls house as you'd definitely struggle to get both for £40 separately!
