About Offspring

Offspring is a UK trainer specialist trading at offspring.co.uk and a sister brand of Office, with a focus on sneaker culture, limited drops and lifestyle footwear from leading global brands. The catalogue covers Nike, Jordan, adidas, New Balance, On, ASICS, Hoka, Saucony, Reebok, Converse, Vans, Birkenstock and lifestyle labels such as Melissa, plus a curated apparel and accessories range. New launches are surfaced through dedicated drop pages such as Air Jordan 4 Retro Toro Bravo and Nike Air Max 95 Slate, with brand collaborations released alongside the regular Best Sellers grid. Pair the latest seasonal sale with an Offspring discount code from this page to bring the basket subtotal down further.

Offspring Newsletter Discount

New UK customers can save 10% on their first order at Offspring when they sign up to the email newsletter through the homepage signup form. The welcome code is sent by email after registration and is applied at the basket alongside any other Offspring voucher code that the customer is eligible to use. Subscribers also receive previews of the brand's drop calendar, brand collaborations and the recurring trainer Sale events that surface through the year.

Offspring Verified Group Discounts

Offspring offers verified group discounts of 10% to students, NHS staff, members of the Armed Forces and other key workers through recognised verification portals linked from the offers area on the website. Eligible customers complete the verification step on the relevant portal and receive a unique Offspring promo code to enter at the basket. The discount applies to most full-price and selected sale lines, redeemed in the same promo code field used for any other Offspring voucher code, with one promo code permitted per order; certain limited launch products may be excluded.

Offspring Sales and Sneaker Launches

The Offspring Sale section runs across men's, women's and kids' trainers with savings reaching up to 78% on selected Nike, adidas, Jordan, Saucony, On Cloudmonster and lifestyle pairs. Trainer drops are released through the dedicated launch pages on the homepage with launch times and stock availability, and an Offspring voucher code from this page can pair with sale prices when the code's terms allow stacking on full-price items in the same order. Limited launch products are typically excluded from the standard discount stack and are flagged on the product page before checkout.

Offspring Delivery Options

Offspring ships UK orders with a paid standard tier that goes free at a moderate spend threshold, and an Offspring discount code applied at the basket does not affect a chosen delivery tier or its charge.

• Standard Delivery: Charged at the rate shown at checkout, free on UK full-price orders over £80; sale items and selected launch products are excluded from the free-delivery threshold.
• Express Delivery: Available at a higher published rate at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
• Free Click and Collect: Free pickup at most Offspring and Office stores across the UK with no minimum spend, ready for collection in 3-5 working days.
• Order Tracking: A dispatch confirmation email with parcel tracking is sent once the order leaves the warehouse.

Offspring Returns Policy

Offspring offers a 28-day return window with free in-store returns, and an Offspring voucher code applied to the original order does not affect the right to return.

• Return Window: 28 days from delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.
• Free In-Store Returns: Free return to any physical Offspring or Office store across the UK with no return fee deducted from the refund.
• Yodel Store Returns: Available at a small published fee deducted from the refund value.
• Postal or Courier Returns: Customers cover the cost of postal returns; a tracked service is recommended to protect the parcel in transit.
• Condition: Trainers must be unworn, in their original condition with the original shoe box undamaged and all labels attached.

How to Use an Offspring Discount Code

Applying an Offspring discount code at the online checkout takes just a few steps.

• Browse and add to basket: Visit offspring.co.uk and add the chosen trainers, apparel or accessories items to the basket.
• Open the basket: Click the basket icon in the top right to review the order summary and quantities before checkout.
• Enter the code: Locate the discount code field at checkout and type the Offspring voucher code exactly as it appears, including any capital letters, then apply.
• Confirm the saving: Check that the reduction is reflected in the order total before continuing to delivery and payment.
• Note: Most Offspring promo codes apply to qualifying full-price items only and may exclude launch products, gift cards and selected brand collaborations in the same basket.
