About Crocs

Crocs is an American footwear brand selling its UK collections through crocs.co.uk, with a global range of clogs, sandals, slides, and accessories built around the original Croslite foam silhouette. The site stocks the Classic Clog, the Echo and Mega Crush profiles, sandals, kids' lines, and Jibbitz charms alongside collaborations and limited editions. Sub-collections cover the dedicated Sale and Discounted area, the Crocs Club loyalty signup, and rotating Crocs Exclusives. Shoppers looking for a Crocs discount code can browse this page for the latest deals before completing an order.

Crocs Club Newsletter Sign-Up

New customers who join the free Crocs Club on the Crocs UK website receive 15% off their next purchase alongside ongoing membership benefits. The signup is reached through the homepage banner and footer, where an email address and account details are entered to activate the welcome offer. Members also receive sale event alerts, product launch notifications, and access to selected member-only promotions. Pairing the Crocs Club welcome offer with a Crocs voucher code from this page is restricted by the offer terms.

Crocs Student Discount

Crocs offers a student discount of 25% off selected styles and 20% off the Classic range through the dedicated Student Discount page on the Crocs UK site. The unique discount code is unlocked by verifying student status through a recognised student verification portal, with the saving applied at the basket once status is confirmed. Combining the student saving with another Crocs voucher code from this page is restricted by the offer terms, and the eligibility check is repeated on each redemption.

Crocs Sales and Discounted Range

Crocs runs a permanent Sale and Discounted area alongside seasonal sale events on the UK site. Combining a Crocs voucher code with a sale price is restricted by the offer terms, but sale markdowns apply automatically once the qualifying product is added to the basket.

• Sale and Discounted Section: Reduced prices on selected clogs, sandals, slides, and kids' styles in the dedicated Sale and Discounted area.
• Collaborations and Limited Editions: Rotating Collaborations and Limited Editions with reduced prices on past-season releases during published windows.
• Crocs Exclusives: A dedicated Crocs Exclusives edit with online-only styles and seasonal promotions.
• Black Friday and Cyber Monday: Sitewide markdowns during late November.
• Boxing Day Sale: Recurring Boxing Day events with deeper sitewide reductions.

Crocs Delivery Options

Crocs ships across mainland UK with a tracked GLS service and a free-delivery threshold for larger baskets. Combining a Crocs discount code with the free-delivery threshold is the simplest way to keep the basket total down on smaller orders.

• Standard Delivery: £4.95 with delivery in 4-5 working days via GLS, with a free-delivery option available on qualifying baskets.
• Mainland UK Only: Deliveries are made to mainland UK addresses only.
• Exclusions: Crocs UK does not deliver to the Islands or to PO Boxes.
• Tracking: Each order ships with online tracking visible up to 24 hours after the dispatch confirmation email.
• Order Updates: Tracking is also accessible through the Order History area of the My Account page.

Crocs Returns Policy

Crocs accepts returns under the published returns policy, with refunds processed within 10 working days of receipt. Reading these terms before applying a Crocs promo code keeps the process predictable.

• Refund Window: Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receipt of the returned items, including original shipping cost where applicable.
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original card or account used for the purchase.
• Condition: Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging following the detailed return instructions on the Crocs UK site.
• Online Only: Online orders are returned online; in-store exchanges are not currently supported, with a fresh order required for a different size or colour.
• Fraud Protection: Crocs reserves the right to refuse returns, replacements, refunds, and exchanges where fraud or abuse is suspected.

Crocs Payment Options

Crocs accepts standard payment methods plus buy-now-pay-later financing through Klarna and Clearpay at the online checkout. Pairing a Crocs voucher code with a buy-now-pay-later option is the simplest way to spread the cost of a multi-pair order.

• Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express accepted at checkout.
• PayPal: PayPal supported as a digital wallet option for UK orders.
• Apple Pay: Apple Pay supported on the Crocs UK website and mobile app.
• Klarna: Klarna pay-later and instalment options available at checkout through the Klarna x Crocs partnership.
• Clearpay: Splits qualifying orders into interest-free instalments through Clearpay at checkout.

How to Use a Crocs Discount Code

Applying a Crocs discount code at the online checkout takes just a few steps.

• Browse and add to basket: Visit the Crocs UK website at crocs.co.uk and add the chosen clogs, sandals, slides, or accessories to the basket.
• Go to checkout: Proceed to the checkout page to review the selected items.
• Enter the code: Locate the promotional code field at the checkout and type the Crocs discount code exactly as it appears, including any capital letters, then click apply.
• Confirm the saving: Check that the reduction is reflected in the order total before completing payment.
• Note: Most Crocs promo codes apply to selected items only and may exclude sale lines, gift cards, Collaborations and Limited Editions, and selected Jibbitz charms.
