When you order selected items online, you can arrange to collect them from your local store with Mothercare's click and collect service.
Look for a tab saying ‚ÄúAvailable for click and collect‚ÄĚ on the product page. You'll then receive a confirmation email letting you know when your order will be ready to collect, which in most cases will be the following day.
The majority of products are eligible for Click and Collect including Mothercare car seats, prames, baby bath, buggies, toys, baby walkers and baby carriers.
Mothercare free delivery is available on orders over ¬£50. Otherwise standard shipping costs ¬£3.95, with products generally arriving within two to four days exclusive of weekends.
Standard shipping doesn't cover furniture, which is usually delivered within seven working days at a cost of ¬£9.95.
Mothercare's customer care team is available seven days a week, 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and 9 am to 5 pm on Sundays.
