There's some wonderful news for Harry Potter fans this afternoon - there's a new book coming!
The play of Harry Potter and The Cursed Child is opening in London this summer, and the script will be released in book form the day after it opens on 31st July.
The new play will revisit Harry, Ron and Hermione's 19 years after the events of Deathly Hallows, with Harry all grown up, an overworked employee of the Ministry of Magic and father of three children.
The decision to publish the script reportedly came after 'massive public demand', and will be very welcome news for those unable to visit London to see the play in person.
The Bookseller has confirmed that the new book will be published by Little Brown UK on 31 July, with online fansite Pottermore releasing the e-book edition.
Later this year there is also the spin-off film Fantastic Beasts And Where to Find Them to look forward too, coming to cinemas on November 18th.
