White Stuff's delivery policy provides free delivery on UK orders over a specified amount.

A delivery fee applies for orders below this amount, for express shipping, and for named day delivery.

Free click and collect is also available from stores. Overseas deliveries are sent by international recorded post.

White Stuff Gift Cards

Buyers of White Stuff gift cards can choose from physical cards or e-gift cards. Both may be used online, in stores, or for telephone purchases.

Under their terms and conditions of use, gift cards expire 12 months after purchase, any subsequent top up, or following their use to buy an item.

After this period, any remaining gift card balance is cancelled. 

White Stuff Student Discount

White Stuff does not offer a student discount. However, they do offer regular discounts that are available to all customers.

White Stuff Returns

White Stuff offers free UK returns within 30 days of purchase. Goods purchased during November and December may be returned for refund or exchange until 31st January.

This excludes underwear and earrings unless they are faulty, and swimwear unless the hygiene strip remains in place. Footwear must be returned in its original box. Products may be returned online or to store.

Clothing purchased from The White Stuff sales might also be excluded from the return policy.
