RAC Delivery Policies

Existing members can access a unique referral link via their RAC account to refer up to 12 potential new members, with the offer limited to online purchases and excluding European Breakdown Cover and Business Breakdown Cover; RAC reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.

RAC Return Policies

RAC offers 14 working days to return unwanted items and 30 days for notifying faulty or damaged goods, with items required to be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging (unless special conditions apply). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; refunds—including the item cost plus original delivery charges and excluding personalised, made-to-order, and certain battery products—are processed within 14 working days once a proof of posting or cancellation notice is received.
