About Aosom

Aosom is a UK online retailer specialising in home and outdoor furniture, garden equipment, fitness gear, pet supplies, and small kitchen appliances, sold under the Aosom, Outsunny, HOMCOM, and PawHut sub-brands. The site is built around free standard delivery to UK mainland addresses, with a strong rotation of category sales and clearance lines. The retailer also runs a points-based loyalty programme and a regular newsletter discount for new shoppers. Shoppers looking for an Aosom discount code can browse this page for the latest deals before placing an order.

Aosom Newsletter Discount

New customers who sign up to the Aosom email list receive 10% off their first online order. The signup form sits on the homepage and on the discount-codes information page, with the code arriving by email after the address is confirmed. Subscribers also receive ongoing alerts on payday sales, seasonal events, and clearance lines. Pairing this welcome offer with an Aosom voucher code from this page is restricted by the offer terms, so it is worth comparing the two before checking out.

Aosom Rewards Points

The Aosom Rewards Points programme deposits one point per £1 spent into a registered account, with 100 points equal to £1 of credit at checkout. Members can apply a maximum of 1,000 points per order, capped at 30% of the order value after any voucher codes have been applied. Points sit in the account until used or expired, and members can also stack a separate Aosom discount code from this page on the same order, subject to the offer terms. Points are non-transferable between accounts.

Aosom Student Discount

Students currently enrolled at a UK university or college can claim 12% off through Aosom's online student programme. Verification is completed through a recognised student verification portal, which issues a unique code to apply at the basket. The discount applies to selected products on the Aosom UK site, with student accommodation lines such as desks, storage, and kitchen essentials in scope. Stacking this reduction with an Aosom discount code from this page is restricted by the offer terms.

Aosom Delivery Options

Aosom offers free standard delivery on every order to UK mainland addresses, with paid options for the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and a low-cost next-day service. Combining an Aosom voucher code with the free standard delivery option keeps the basket total down on bigger furniture purchases.

• Free Standard Delivery: Free to UK mainland addresses, arriving within 1 to 4 working days.
• Next Day Delivery: Available to UK mainland addresses for £0.99 when ordered Monday to Friday before 1pm, with weekend orders dispatched the following Monday.
• Channel Islands Delivery: A flat fee of £25 applies, with extended delivery times.
• Northern Ireland Delivery: A flat fee of £50 applies, with extended delivery times.
• On-Time Delivery Guarantee: A £5 voucher is issued if an order arrives later than the latest estimated delivery date listed in the order confirmation.

Aosom Returns Policy

Aosom accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unwanted goods, with extended windows for faulty or damaged items. Reading these terms before applying an Aosom promo code keeps the process predictable.

• Return Window: 30 days from delivery for change-of-mind returns.
• Condition: Items must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and boxed as received.
• Return Shipping: The customer arranges and pays for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. A collection service is available for UK mainland with the cost deducted from the refund.
• Faulty Goods: Damaged, faulty, or incomplete items are returned free of charge when reported within 30 days, with refund, partial refund, replacement parts, or full replacement available.
• Refund Window: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the return being processed.

• Go to the basket: Open the basket page to review the selected items.
• Enter the code: Locate the promotional code field at the basket and type the Aosom discount code exactly as it appears, including any capital letters, then click apply.
• Confirm the saving: Check that the reduction is reflected in the order total before completing payment.
• Note: Most Aosom promo codes apply to standard catalogue items only and may exclude flash deals, top deals, and clearance lines.
