Enter the code in the Promotional Code box when you go to checkout. You won't see anything to say it has been applied, but as you go through the check out process you'll get to the order confirmation page, where it shows that delivery is free.
I tried this out on some of the clothes in the Blue Cross sale, and it worked just fine. Absolutely fabulous to bag a bargain without having to hike it all the way to the shops! It only applies to kidswear though, although personally I hardly ever get to buy stuff for me these days!
