About Zazzle

Zazzle is an online customisation marketplace selling personalised stationery, gifts and apparel, with collections covering wedding invitations, business essentials, party supplies, art and home, t-shirts, accessories and a Create Your Own product range. The Zazzle UK store lets shoppers browse hundreds of independent designers or upload original artwork to apply across mugs, posters, business cards, paper napkins, stickers and more. UK customers benefit from a 30-day satisfaction guarantee with replacement, credit or refund options on most products, alongside the optional Zazzle Plus membership for free shipping. A Zazzle discount code from this page can be applied to qualifying orders at the online checkout.

Zazzle Newsletter Signup

Subscribers to the Zazzle UK email mailing list receive exclusive offers, new-design alerts and seasonal promotional codes, with the signup form sitting at the foot of every page on the Zazzle website. Email subscribers are typically the first to hear about category-specific flash deals and time-limited percentage-off events. Use of a separate Zazzle voucher code from this page is subject to each promotion's qualifying terms.

Zazzle Plus Membership

Zazzle Plus is the brand's optional annual subscription, free to trial for 30 days, and a Zazzle voucher code from this page can be applied to qualifying orders alongside Zazzle Plus shipping benefits subject to each promotion's terms.

• Zazzle Plus: £19.95 per year, including unlimited free standard shipping on qualifying orders.
• Zazzle Plus Premium: £59.00 per year, adding unlimited expedited shipping with tracking on qualifying orders.
• Free 30-Day Trial: Start a free 30-day trial of Zazzle Plus, with the option to opt out before the trial ends to avoid the annual charge.
• Member Credit: A £10 shopping credit issued after a member's first order during the membership period.
• Annual Savings: Standard Plus members save around £25 a year on shipping, with Premium members saving around £100 according to Zazzle's published averages.

Zazzle Promo Codes Policy

Zazzle limits each order to one promo code applied at the basket page, so customers select the most valuable code for the basket before checkout. A Zazzle promo code from this page is applied to qualifying products, with each promotion's qualifying terms confirming any category exclusions and minimum spend on the website. Promotional codes typically run alongside daily flash deals and time-limited seasonal events shown on the homepage.

Zazzle Returns Policy

Zazzle accepts returns within 30 days of receipt under its "Love It or We'll Take It Back" satisfaction guarantee, and a Zazzle promo code applied to the original order does not affect eligibility on qualifying items.

• Return Window: 30 days from the date of receipt for replacement, credit or refund.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: Returns can be requested for any reason under the Zazzle 100% satisfaction guarantee.
• Stitch File Fees: For embroidered products, contact customer support within 10 days of receipt to request a refund of the stitch file image conversion fee.
• Face Masks: Final sale items that are not returnable or exchangeable for health and safety reasons.
• Refund Method: Refunded to the original payment method, with credit and replacement options available where preferred.

How to Use a Zazzle Discount Code

Applying a Zazzle discount code at the online checkout takes just a few steps.

• Browse and add to basket: Visit the Zazzle UK website and add the chosen invitations, gifts, stationery or apparel to the basket.
• Open the basket: Click through to the basket page to review every selected item before checkout.
• Enter the code: Locate the promo code field and type the Zazzle discount code exactly as it appears, including any capital letters, then click apply.
• Confirm the saving: Check that the reduction is reflected in the order total before completing payment.
• Note: Only one Zazzle promo code can be applied per order, so codes cannot be stacked, and most Zazzle promo codes apply only to qualifying full-price items.
