At Origins, returns within 30 days of purchase are free, and unused items can be returned for a refund or exchange. Refunds (shipping fees not included) are processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days with a confirmation email sent upon processing, and faulty items can be returned for a full refund or exchange with return shipping covered; complete the return form, pack items in their original packaging with the prepaid return label, and drop off at any Collect+ location or return online orders at any Origins store in the UK with the confirmation email for on-site refunds.
