About Sephora

Sephora is the LVMH-owned global beauty retailer trading at sephora.co.uk, with a UK store network selling makeup, skincare, fragrance, haircare, and beauty tools across more than 200 mass-market and prestige brands. The site stocks ranges including Rare Beauty, Charlotte Tilbury, Drunk Elephant, Sol de Janeiro, Glow Recipe, Fenty Beauty, Huda Beauty, The Ordinary, and the Sephora Collection own-label line. Sub-collections cover the dedicated Outlet section, the Premier Delivery subscription, and the MySephora loyalty programme. Shoppers looking for a Sephora discount code can browse this page for the latest deals before completing an order.

Sephora Newsletter and App Discount

New customers can pick up a Sephora promotional code for 15% off a first order on full-price items, with electricals and selected brands excluded. The Sephora UK mobile app offers a separate 15% off code on a first in-app order for new customers, again on full-price items only with the same exclusions. Pairing either welcome offer with a Sephora voucher code from this page is restricted by the offer terms.

Sephora MySephora Loyalty Programme

MySephora is the brand's free loyalty programme, designed to reward repeat shoppers with points, member-only sales, and tier-based perks across Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels. Combining MySephora benefits with a Sephora discount code from this page is restricted by the programme terms.

• Welcome Points: 25 points credited on signup as an extra gift.
• Reward Threshold: Choose a reward every time 100 points are earned, including a £5 reward, a charity donation, or an Iconic beauty gift.
• Tier Structure: Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers based on spending over the last year.
• 10% Off Favourite Brands: 10% off two favourite brands once selected through the MySephora account.
• Member Sale Access: Exclusive invites to MySephora sales and early access for higher tiers.
• Silver Free Delivery: Free standard delivery on every order for active Silver members.
• Gold Premier Delivery: Free Premier Delivery (next-day) on every order for active Gold members, plus a birthday treat.

Sephora Student Discount

Sephora UK offers verified students a 15% Sephora discount code on full-price items, with electricals and selected brands excluded. Verification is completed through a recognised student verification portal, with a unique single-use code issued for use at checkout once status is confirmed. Stacking this saving with another Sephora promotional code from this page is restricted by the offer terms.

Sephora Sales and Refer a Friend

Sephora runs frequent promotional events alongside a permanent Outlet section across the UK site. Combining a Sephora voucher code with a sale price is restricted by the offer terms, but Outlet markdowns apply automatically once the qualifying product is added to the basket.

• Outlet Section: Up to 40% off across discounted makeup, skincare, fragrance, and haircare in the dedicated Outlet area.
• Free Gifts: Rotating free-gift-with-purchase events on selected brands and qualifying spend thresholds.
• 3 for 2 Offers: Recurring 3-for-2 offers on selected ranges, with the cheapest item free at the basket.
• Refer a Friend: A refer-a-friend programme rewards both parties when a referred friend places a qualifying order, with the share link generated through the customer account.
• Black Friday and Cyber Monday: Sitewide markdowns during late November.

Sephora Delivery and Premier Delivery

Sephora ships across the UK with several delivery tiers and a paid Premier Delivery subscription for repeat shoppers. Combining a Sephora promotional code with the free delivery threshold is the simplest way to keep the basket total down on smaller orders.

• Standard Delivery: £3.95 per order, free on UK orders over £20, with arrival in 2-3 working days from despatch and free for MySephora Silver and Gold members.
• Next Day Delivery: £4.95 per order, ordered by 11pm Monday to Friday or 6pm Saturday, free for MySephora Gold members.
• Evri Next Day Click and Collect: £3.95 per order, free over £20, next-day delivery to a chosen Evri parcel shop including the ASDA store network.
• Premier Delivery: A £9.95 12-month subscription for unlimited free next-day delivery on qualifying orders, free for MySephora Gold members.
• Geographic Limits: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and selected border postcodes have longer delivery windows or excluded next-day options.

Sephora Returns Policy

Sephora accepts free UK returns within 28 days of receipt under the published returns policy. Reading these terms before applying a Sephora voucher code keeps the process predictable.

• Return Window: 28 days from the date of receipt for online orders.
• Free Returns: Free pre-paid trackable returns, with a printless drop-off option available.
• Condition: Items must be returned unopened and unused, with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and cellophane intact.
• Hygiene Exclusions: Items that have been opened or used cannot be refunded for health and safety reasons.
• Refund Timing: Up to 10 working days for the distribution centre to process and up to 5 working days for the refund to show on the original payment method.

How to Use a Sephora Promotional Code

Applying a Sephora promotional code at the online checkout takes just a few steps.

• Browse and add to basket: Visit the Sephora UK website at sephora.co.uk and add the chosen makeup, skincare, fragrance, or haircare items to the basket.
• Go to checkout: Proceed to the checkout page to review the selected items.
• Enter the code: Locate the promotional code field at the checkout and type the Sephora promotional code exactly as it appears, including any capital letters, then click apply.
• Confirm the saving: Check that the reduction is reflected in the order total before completing payment.
• Note: Most Sephora promo codes apply to full-price items only and may exclude sale lines, electricals, gift cards, and selected branded products.
