It's a chunky pink pebble, about the size of a thick computer mouse, so it sits in one hand and covers a cheek or a jaw at a time. The part that touches your skin is a brushed metal plate, and the wave shaped ridge along the top is there for following your jawline and cheekbones, the way you'd use a gua sha stone. A thin strip of light along the edge shows you which way it's set.
There are six levels, three cold and three warm, and it's been developed with dermatologists. The cold ones are the under-eye ones, for depuffing and a spot of sculpting after a late night, and the warm ones are for the evening, to soothe and soften everything up before you do anything else to your skin. It's nice on the shoulders too when you've been sat at a desk all day.
Argos are still asking £179.99 for it, and so are Shark Ninja and other places, so at £89.28 it's over £90 less than buying it from any of them.
It's rechargeable and the battery comes in the box, and it's made in teal and spa black as well if pink isn't your colour. It's the sort of thing I'd put on a Christmas list rather than buy myself, so it's worth mentioning to anyone who asks what you'd like.
