Oh, this is what I need for the kitchen for Christmas! The Nicky Snowman kitchen roll is £15.62 for 16 rolls at Amazon, which works out at about 98p a roll, and the pack runs to 1,600 sheets.
It's 2-ply, so it holds together when you're wiping up a spill rather than smearing it round the worktop, and every sheet is printed with the Snowman and the Snowdog. A daft thing to be pleased about in kitchen roll, and yet here I am. The listing says the sheets are fine for food contact as well, so they're alright for draining things on or covering a plate in the microwave.
One thing to know before you order, the delivery date the page was showing me is 22nd of November, so it's not one for this week. Fine if you're like me and like to get the Christmas cupboard going in good time.
Delivery is free for Amazon Prime members. Non-members get free standard delivery on orders over £35, otherwise it's £4.99.
