It may look tricky to make, but these puzzles have strong plastic pieces that click in to each other, and they are numbered with little arrows so you just add them in the number order where the arrows tell you to place them. You also get a display stand included so once it's built you can show it off at home.
I have built a Ravensburger 3D Puzzle before with my daughter and it was super easy and really sturdy once built so it's still on display at home. If she was into Pokemon I would definitely be snapping up this one this for her.
