It’s a 5 metre string with 50 lights on it, on a thin copper wire that bends round a bannister or a door frame without fighting you. The timer is the bit I’d actually use though. Press the button once and they come on for six hours and go off for 18, so they light up at the same time every night without anybody having to remember.
They run on three AA batteries and those aren’t in the box, so factor that in. The battery box is sealed against the rain and Dalugo say you can leave it outside, which helps if you’re doing a doorway or a window rather than indoors.
