The evenings have turned properly cold this week and the sofa is the coldest spot in the house, so I've been after a throw that's cheap enough to actually use rather than keep for best. This LANE LINEN fleece throw is £5.99 at Amazon and it's 127 x 152cm, so it covers you properly instead of stopping at your knees.
It's warm white with a soft striped texture through it, so it looks a bit more thought about than a plain cheap fleece. It's 300 GSM microfibre, which means it's light and soft rather than heavy and stiff, and it's machine washable, so a mug of tea or a muddy paw isn't the end of it.
There's 5% off when you buy any 4 qualifying items as well, handy if you're kitting out a couple of rooms at once. For £5.99 I'd have one on the sofa and another over the end of the bed.
Delivery is free for Amazon Prime members. Non-members get free standard delivery on orders over £35, otherwise it's £4.99.
