This Monopoly edition turns property trading into a Pokemon-catching adventure. Players become Trainers exploring vibrant locations to catch wild Pokemon and collect Poke Balls instead of money.

Choose from four partner tokens Sprigatito, Fuecoco, Quaxly or Pikachu. Roll the dice to explore forests, cities and gyms across the board. Land on controlled locations and decide whether to explore peacefully or battle the rival Trainer for control.

The first to catch one Pokemon of each of eight types wins, or the last player holding Poke Balls takes victory.

The game includes 48 wild Pokemon chips spread across eight different types to track on personal mats. Battle mechanics replace traditional rent payments with head-to-head challenges for territory control. The set includes 16 location cards, plus adventure and challenge cards that shape each game differently. Two dice drive the action one numbered die for movement and one catching die for Pokemon encounters.
