He's a soft plush penguin with a big round head and those enormous eyes, and he actually walks, with his fluffy wings flapping away as he goes. There's a red leash in the box so he can be taken for a proper walk, or leave the leash off and he'll dance to his own music instead.
He comes with a little pink fish to feed him, and slurps and burps and giggles right back. There are more than 25 sounds and reactions in him so he isn't doing the same thing over and over and he responds when he's stroked.
He's suitable for ages 5 and over according to Amazon but I think he'd make a great gift for kids a good bit older too.
