So, what is BeamO I hear you asking? This is a giant, soft flying hoop toy designed by Stuff Design for hours of catching, throwing and laughing fun. It has been designed by the inventor Kim Stuffelbeam (well, this is according to the site anyway, although that name has to be made up. Right?) for ease of control, and aesthetic appeal.
It weighs only 13 ounces and is made from soft spandex over a foam and fibreglass hoop. According to the site, this is best played with on grass or sand as concrete or asphalt can scuff the sleeve. You can also wash the sleeve when dirty and even use this chap in the pool.
