The Lego Movie Ice Cream Machine is reduced in Asda Direct and is now only £14.98, down from £24.97. I cannot find this as cheap anywhere else, and I reckon it's a good set to add to your Lego Movie collection. My son Ben has watched The Lego Movie no less than fifty times and he is obsessed. He got this set for his Christmas and it was the first one he built up.
The Lego Minifigures in these sets are highly collectable as they are in ALL Lego kits. With The Lego Movie Ice Cream Machine you get Ice Cream Mike, Ice Cream Jo and Cardio Carrie. If you can get your hands on Vesusvius, then you are onto a winner!
There's 344 pieces included in this set that will make the Ice Cream Machine or an Ice Cream Van. Lego recommend this set for children aged eight to fourteen years old. However, my son managed it with minimal help and he is six. He is familiar with Lego kits though.
