If you're looking to reduce your oil intake these sprayers are brilliant, I use mine with my air fryer all the time and it's cut the amount of oil I use right down. I used to use the 1cal sprays before I bought this but much prefer being able to use my own oil in a bottle and it comes with stickers to label too, which is handy if you buy a few and use different oils.
