Fancy something a bit different for Halloween? If you have older children then a family break at Thrope Park can be had for as little as £152. The Fright Night events at Thorpe Park are not suitable for younger children, and the website advises that it is not recommended for children under 13, and from the looks of the pictures on the website I can see why:
Brave a short break to An Island Like No Other this October half term and face the UK's most thrilling Halloween event. Experience world-class rollercoasters in the dark, PLUS — be amongst the first to experience BRAND NEW carnival live action horror maze, THE BIG TOP.
They are currently doing early bird offers, and the price of £152 includes 2 days in Thorpe Park, a night in a nearby hotel, and some of the hotels also include breakfast. If you are wanting to stay in a Thorpe Park hotel then the price jumps up to £249 for a family of four, though there are still early bird offers available there too.
If you click on the link above you will see details of the Fright Night events, all the terms and conditions of the offer, and you can use the search facility to look for breaks to suit your family.
If you're not sure that it is right for your family then google the images from last years event - do you think your kids can handle something that scary? And can you? ;)
