A few things to note:
1. The voucher can only be used for train ticket purchases on the TrainPal APP.
2. Valid for 30 days after redemption.
3. Payment must be in euros or pounds sterling.
4. Minimum order of €2.01 or £2.01.
5. Each user account can only use a promo code once, and promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. Each promo code can only be used once per device, email address, or payment account.
Cancellation/Change rule
If you cancel or change your booking, the promo code will not be returned.
