My favourite one has to be this Disney Store Cinderella's Carriage Wheelchair Cover Set*. Sure it's not cheap at £50 (or £40 with the code MAGIC20), but you'll not find a cooler wheelchair cover than this.
As well as covers, ShopDisney are selling adaptive costumes too which allow wheelchair users to have fun in fancy dress too. The costume has a flap opening for tube access and it's open at the rear too. It's longer length inseams mean it won't ride up on those that are seated. This Buzz Lightyear one* is £31, and is just fantastic.
