It's coming up to the time when we start to see price drops on advent calendars, as the most popular ones sell out really quickly, and the rest get their prices slashed. Argos have dropped the price of two Playmobil Advent Calendars, the Police and Pony Farm themes, to just £12.99 with free home delivery included.
Both of these advent calendars are normally around £20. so to get them for £12.99 plus free delivery saving another £3.95 is a really great buy.
Although these aren't festive themes with the toys inside, that does mean that your children can play with them all year round, and add them to their existing collections, rather than pack them away with the Christmas things come January.
The police one is a robbery scene with policeman, quad bike, mummies and mystical treasures, and it includes a police detective badge and working alarm with trip beam and siren.
The pony farm is a paddock scene with ponies, carriages, hay bales and fencing, and also includes a puzzle of the pony farm scene.
These are home delivery only items, so they can't be bought in stores, though delivery is free anyway so you don't even have to make a trip to the shops.
Stock levels seem good, as I've checked lots of postcodes from different areas of the country and at the moment all have stocks available for delivery.
