Each year we get a lot of requests for Easter Eggs and treats that are suitable for those who have specific dietary needs like dairy free, sugar free and gluten free diets. We have looked around and have found what we think are the best value, and where you can get them.
Holland & Barrett* have a super selection of 'Free From' Easter products, and they also have a Buy One Get One Half Price offer on so it's a great time to get them. They sell Dairy Free Easter Eggs from Moo Free, Plamil, Choices as well as their own Holland & Barrett range. Chocolate Eggs are priced from £2.79, with chocolate treats like Easter Bunnies from £1.25, plus that Buy One Get One Half Price offer. Many of these are also gluten free and soya free, but you will need to check each item for the individual allergen advice.
If you don't have a Holland & Barrett nearby then Amazon sell 'Free From' Easter Eggs*, but the prices are fairly high at the moment. They do have a good selection and the prices change constantly on Amazon, so if you have Prime for free delivery this could be a better option still. Amazon also sell this Moo Free Treasure Box* which would make a wonderful Easter Gift, though it's definitely on the pricey side at £19.99.
Sainsbury's* have their own 'Free From' Easter range with products free from dairy, gluten, egg and wheat. There are some of the best value options if you just need a single egg as they have eggs from £2.50. They even have 'Free From' Hot Cross Buns with no gluten, wheat or milk.
Asda* have a selection of Free From Easter Eggs and Treats from just 99p for a Dairy Free Chocolate Easter Bunny*, and Dairy Free Easter Eggs* for £3 each. There are also some Gluten Free Easter Cupcakes* too.
Tesco sell Choices Free From Easter Eggs* for £2.50 each, but that is all I can find on their website.
Morrisons have a large selection of Free From* products covering dairy free, gluten free and other dietary requirements, but I couldn't find any Easter products in these categories.
Overall the best option and choice seems to be from Holland & Barrett as they have such a good selection, and that Buy One Get One Half Price offer makes them the best price as well.
