You may remember earlier this month when we revealed that Aldi were due to start online shopping, initially for wine and Special Buys. Well they have just officially opened the Online Wine Shop and are offering free delivery as a special launch offer!
You can't buy a single bottle and get the nice man from Aldi to pop round when you want a glass of vino, but you can order Wine By The Case from £29.94 for six bottles. With that free standard delivery offer that works out at less than a fiver a bottle without having to leave the house. Win win.
There's a wide selection of wine available, from case of one variety to mixed cases at a range of price points. I'm no wine expert by a long shot, but I know a man who is very fussy about his red wine and he rates some of the Aldi ones as the best value buys there are. Worth a shot?
