I can't vouch for this particular item but I can tell you that a similar Megabloks playlet was popular with my kids for years. It's one of those toys that kids never seem to tire of and when they do, they simply start deconstructing it and rebuilding it to suit their own interests.
We kept our Megabloks playset way past the point where my kids had outgrown it and moved on to more technical and challenging Lego sets - but they were still practically distraught when I tried to convince them that the time had come to part with this!
