This is by far the best price for this set, which is still full price elsewhere, and for comparison you would get a set of just 60 blocks for this price in Argos rather than the 150 in this set at Smyths!
It's a sturdy bag filled with a mixture of different shaped and coloured mega bloks so that kids can build whatever their imagination tells them. The bricks are chunky enough for small hands to use easily, and they're suitable for children from age one and upwards.
My kids loved their Mega Bloks when they were younger, and although they have moved on to those pesky pricey Lego bricks now we used to have tons of fun building together with these. Castles, houses and very tall towers were our thing, but there's tons more ideas included on the pack to spark their imagination if they need a helping hand at first. I'd definitely recommend these for younger children, and at this price they're an absoloute bargain.
