The Magic Villa plastic playhouse has a couple of things in its favour, in my opinion. It isn't smothered in really garish colours which almost force a gender on it - this particular playhouse is neutral enough to be appealing to both little boys and little girls. It doesn't come assembled but they apparently promise that assembly is easy.
The Magic Villa plastic playhouse has plenty of doors and windows as well as sweet little window boxes to add detail and charm. The villa comes with the fence, which is very sweet, and is made from weather resistant materials. If you are looking for a decent playhouse, then you can't really go too far wrong with this price and size.
