Can a growing toddler have enough blocks to play with? The answer, according to my son at that age, was no. There are never enough blocks. This set looks lovely, and Sainsbury's has reduced to half price too. The Grow & Play Wooden Building Blocks are now £4.99, down from £9.99. The reduction runs out on the 14th of May.
These sorts of toy are a great way to encourage imaginative play. Indeed they were part of all my son's games, and one piece in particular - which we called Green Rod - became his absolute best friend and had to go everywhere with him. In fact we were so scared of losing Green Rod we went out and bought a second set just in case. Well as any parent knows there's nothing more stressful than the fear of losing that toy your child won't let go of or go to sleep without!
Grow & Play Wooden Building Blocks' different shapes let little ones explore their imaginations to build anything from a tower to a castle. Made from pine, they're a wonderfully tactile way to play. Suitable for children aged one year and over. Warning! Not suitable for children under one year of age due to small parts.
