The supermarkets are already starting a price war on Christmas chocs, and it's only October! Yesterday Tesco started selling Chocolate and Sweet Cartons for half price at £1.25 - £1.50, and now Morrisons have got a 4 for £5 offer!
Although the same chocolates and sweets are on offer at both Tesco and Morrisons be aware that some of the boxes are different weights, so if it's Celebrations or Quality Street you're after the Morrisons offer is better, but if it's Cadbury Roses or Cadbury Heroes you'll still get more for your money with the £1.50 boxes at Tesco. (Yes, these small differences really do matter a lot to me when it's something as serious as bargain chocolate.)

Either way this is a fab time to stock up on chocs and sweets as gifts, treats, and emergency pressies for unexpected visitors at Christmas. Or in my case tombola prizes for my kids' school fundraisers.... and some for 'treat night' for me.
The offer is on until 10th October, and there's a maximum of 20 per customer (boo!).
