This playhouse is 4x4ft and you can collect instore for free and get the costly standard delivery within three days. It is an easily assembled little space that has a bright red roof, green walls and a cheery little yellow door. The kids will love it!
The reviews are mixed as it can be a bit flimsy apparently, but if you follow the advice of the review below, you should be absolutely fine!
I was going to build my grand-kids a wendy-house but ended up purchasing this playhouse due to the cost of the wood needed. I had already built a small base out of decking & ended up putting this on top instead of building one.
It went together very easily using the large plastic red screws for the sides & sliding connectors for the roof. Once built it did seem quite flimsy BUT once screwed to the base with small battens on each corner [internally] it became pretty sturdy.
