These adidas cushioned crew socks are £6.99 for three pairs at Amazon, which works out at £2.33 a pair. It's the 4.5-6 and 6.5-8 sizes that are £6.99, so make sure you're on the right ones as it keeps diverting to the bigger more expensive size on the link, just change it to the size you need.
They're white with the black adidas logo on the side, a proper crew sock that comes up over the ankle rather than sitting under it. The footbed is cushioned, which is what I want from a pair for the gym, and they've a load of really good reviews behind them.
Only the white ones in those two sizes are this money, the black and the smaller and bigger sizes are dearer, so mind what you've picked before you check out.
