From the dimensions and reviews this looks like it would be suited to younger children, as it's a novelty item rather than a large practical bag. It's a plush Pikachu with a zipped pocket inside that's big enough for little ones to pop some toys in, but it's not going to be big enough for schoolwork.

It's selling very fast, and stocks are a little hit and miss but hopefully lots of you will be able to pick one up as it's a really good price for official merchandise.
