It's a 3 position carrier; you carry your baby facing you from birth (3.5kg, 8lbs), facing out when your baby's neck is strong enough to support their head (max. 12kg/26lbs) and there's a nursing position too so you can feed on the go (3.5kg/8lbs - 12kg/26lbs).
