Sylvanian Families are usually very expensive so this is a rather fabulous deal from Amazon. This Applewood Cottage is a great starter kit for Sylvanian family fans and the price of only £16.19 is rather lovely.
The Sylvanian Family Applewood Cottage includes a sister figure, a table and two chairs, a ladder and a stove. You can even stack it with the Applewood department store to create four storey building if you so desire.
The kit doesn’t contain a lot of items and you will end up paying quite a lot for the extras, well, I think it is quite a lot. However, if you hunt down deals you can stock up the series without spending too much.
If your kids already have some of the figures, though, then this will be a lovely addition to the set. It certainly is very cute and I do love the AGA style stove. Doll houses like these are great for encouraging imaginative play in kids and are a great way of keeping them occupied as the snows fall outside.
