Amazon have massively reduced the price of this Playmobil Take Along Castle by a huge 60%, taking the price down from £44.99 to only £17.91. I don;t think I would have paid full price for this toy, but at the reduced price it is a bit of a bargain I think.
This Playmobil Take Along Castle features an opening drawbridge gate and trap door, firing cannons mounted on the battlements, and includes the Black Baron on horseback and two other battling knights as well as loads of accessories. It can be folded down for easy transportation and storage as well, which is always a positive in my eyes.
The reviews for this set are really great, and if any of those are based on the higher selling price that makes them even more impressive. This Playmobil Take Along Castle is suitable for children aged five years and over, and is unsuitable for under 3s due to small parts.
Amazon offer free home delivery on orders over £20 and for Prime members, otherwise charges will apply. If I didn't have Prime I'd be tempted to add an extra couple of Playmobil figures* to make the order qualify for free delivery rather than pay the charges.
