I bought the dolls house with bathroom and kitchen set - no bedroom sets were available. This was a Xmas present for my granddaughters.
I was trying to build the house on Boxing Day when we realised the box contained 2 back pieces and no front piece with windows. Of course Lidl are not selling the house and I have lost the receipts. What can I do? If I could have the front piece that would be great. Please help.
I'm sure if you contact Lidl, they'd do their best to help, regardless of whether you have your receipt or not. They tend to sell exclusive toys so I'm sure they'd know their own.
You could try their social media pages, companies tend to respond well to Facebook or Twitter messages or alternatively you can contact them using their contact form (a quick Google should provide the link you need)
