There are loads of offers on at ELC in their Half Term Half Price offer. One of those offers is this HappyLand Country Train Set, which apparently normally retails for £40, but is now reduced to £20 and comes with free UK delivery too.

The HappyLand Train Set is a perfect first train set for any HappyLand fan. The parts are chunky and durable and it comes with a good bunch of accessories too. The track pieces are easy for little hands to grasp and build.

The Country Train makes train sounds when the driver is put inside the train, and the level crossing lifts and drops. There are three HappyLand residents included and a sports car - presumably stopped at the level crossing.The train itself consists of a motorised engine, a coal carriage, a passenger carriage. There's also the station as part of the set.

You'll need two AA batteries for hours of play.
