Are you teaching your little one the time? We have a huge clock in our living room, and I've been using that. To be honest I'd not thought of giving him his own wrist watch. Now I think I'll have a look for a boy version of the Dora The Explorer Time Teacher Watch, which Tesco has reduced from £9.50 to £4.50 in its clearance section. Delivery is free if you can arrange to collect the watch in store. Do check on the site that your store offers this though, as not all do.
This is a Dora The Explorer design quartz analogue watch. It has two interchangeable time teaching discs. The strap style is plastic.
Over at Amazon the watch is out of stock. There are three customer reviews, with mostly good things to say. One customer gave the watch a one star review as both watches bought didn't work - they suspected that the watch's battery had run out while it was in storage though.
Another dad was more enthusiastic. "What a great watch especially if you are a Dora fan, as my daughter is, and what a fun way to learn how to tell the time. I can;t fault this watch and it is great value too."
